The massive 6 GB memory enables you to take advantage of almost unlimited departments, users and Price Look Ups (PLU’s) with up to 3 different selling prices and 1 purchase price. Customized programming allows for split receipt, VIP or Hour discounts, tips suggestions and even cooking instructions.
Choose an administrator who will delegate the number of users and their control to access the system. Keep track of input items, pricing, sales, taxes, items sold, employee work hours, tips and the payment method. Turn this information into multiple reports including X & Z reports. Export these reports in Excelฎ or PDF formats, all of which can be sent by email to many of your devices.
The POS1500 also has internet capabilities. By activating this function, you can send customers receipts via email. Upload reports directly to your office or home PC. Software upgrades are just a click away!
The cash drawer is detachable for under the counter mounting. The heavy metal construction has a locking drawer with a 4-bill slot and adjustable dividers to create up to 5-coin trays.
The built-in thermal printer uses standard 2ผ” thermal paper. The unit includes six preset templates that allows you to customize your guest receipt. It is easy to add company names, addresses, phone and fax numbers, emails, logos or even photos to the receipts. The LED rear display allows guests to see the transaction in progress.
